A Turkish real estate investment company, in partnership with British companies, will launch a new project in Turkey's southwestern village of Göcek. Galata İnşaat (Galata Real Estate Investment), which also renovates and rents out ancient buildings in Istanbul's Galata, Beyoğlu and Cihangir districts, hopes the project will attract more international and domestic capital to southern Turkey. The company, which purchased two villas in the region for $20 million, plans to sell 34 villas in total, eight of which are reserved for rental. We intend to rent some villas for three to 28 days. By this way, we will be able to offer better services to the customers. They can choose to come here either for rent or sale, said Sarp Tiryakioğlu, a partner in the company.
The company has initiated two projects, one of which is Göcek Hills with 23 villas and the other is Vineyard Villas with 11 villas. Offering two types of villas in different sizes, the prices in Göcek Hills start from 420,000 euros and around 325,000 euros in Vineyard Villas, which offers three alternatives of villas with different designs.
