Bosnian Serb Stojan Zupljanin in Bosnian town of Banja Luka (File) Serbian officials say police have arrested war crimes suspect Stojan Zupljanin, one of four top Serb fugitives sought by the United Nations war crimes tribunal in The Hague.
Justice officials say authorities arrested the suspect Wednesday near Belgrade. They say he will appear before Serbia's special war crimes court before being sent to The Hague.
