Istanbul-based Dumankaya İnşaat has launched a special campaign for the first and second stage sales of houses in its Konsept Istanbul project, which will continue through July.
The campaign provides customers with the opportunity to pay the down payment six months after they start to settle into the houses. Konsept Istanbul, which is located in Istanbul's Kurtköy region, is comprised of a total of 832 houses and 13 villas. The prices of the houses in the project, which have sizes ranging from 55 to 137 square meters, vary between YTL 111,000 and YTL 218,000.
Those who would like to purchase houses from the project can obtain housing credit from Garanti Bank, Turkish Economy Bank, or TEB, and Bank Asya. Customers can make use of credit opportunities at zero interest for a period of 12 months, while they can continue using credit opportunities at 1.06 percent up to a period of 60 months and at 1.26 percent up to 120 months. The first stage of the houses in Konsept Istanbul, which sits on land covering 80,000 square meters, will be delivered by September 2009.
Konsept Istanbul is presented as a horizontal alternative in a city like Istanbul which experiences vertical growth and it is composed of low-storey houses. The project receives the attention of customers through its original architecture, botanic gardens that are constructed in the middle of blocks or terrace roofs and its wooden sunshades situated in the exterior of the project.
