German programs for migrant children

The German commissioner for migration, refugees and integration, Maria Böhmer, announced yesterday the creation of a Patronage Atlas, which would detail projects for volunteers to tutor migrant children. Böhmer said there were 5,100 volunteer tutors and 15,000 migrant children among 166 projects that aim to assist migrant children with their education and vocational training.
