Turkish company Orhanlı İnşaat plans to complete the construction of a new housing complex in Istanbul's Kurtköy district by the end of 2008. The price of a 54-square-meter studio-style house in the project begins at $56,000, while the prices of a 167-square-meter duplex is $225,000. The housing complex is near the Pendik Marina, Sabancı University, Okan University and Koç High School. The project is located five kilometers from Sabiha Gökçen Airport, 35 kilometers from the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge and 30 kilometers from the Bosporus Bridge.
The project is comprised of six different types of houses, with sizes ranging from 54 square meters to 167 square meters. Those interested in purchasing a house in the project can avail themselves of credit from Bank Asya, which offers a loan period of seven years.
Our blocks, which have four storys at most, consist of six different types of houses, while each house in one block has similar characteristics, said Batıralp Onan, the sales and marketing director for Orhanlı Konutları.
