Omani shares advanced for a fourth day, led by Bank Muscat SAOG and Oman Telecommunications Co. SAOG, the country's biggest phone operator.The Muscat Securities Market 30 Index climbed 1.9 percent to 10,497.5 at 10:44 a.m. local time, bringing the four-day surge to 10 percent.Bank Muscat, Oman's largest lender, climbed 3.4 percent to 1.749 rials. Oman Telecommunications, known as Omantel, added 2.5 percent to 2.061 rials.In the United Arab Emirates, the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange General Index rose 1 percent, while the Dubai Financial Market General Index fell 0.5 percent. The Kuwait Stock Exchange Index declined less than 0.1 percent.Agility fell 1.7 percent to 1,140 fils. The largest storage and logistics operator in the Middle East said second-quarter profit dropped 9 percent to 35.1 million dinars ($131 million).Ajman Bank PJSC, Aviation Lease & Finance Co., Damac Kuwaiti Holding Co., First Gulf Bank, Heavy Engineering & Ship Building Co. and Sultan Center for Food Products Co.are also the other major stocks in the region.
