Turkcell, Turkey's biggest mobile-phone company, signed a deal with Apple Inc. to offer its subscribers new 3G iPhone. Turkcell, which has more than 35 million customers, will launch the sale of the device this year, the Istanbul-based firm said in an e-mailed statement yesterday.
