Kiptaş Company, an affiliate of Turkey's Mass Housing Administration, or TOKİ, continues the sale of the houses in the second stage of its Silivri Konutları project, located in Istanbul's Silivri district.
The houses, which have 2+1 plans, are 75 square meters in size. Those wishing to purchase the houses in the project can pay in installments beginning at YTL 337 with a 0.95 percent interest rate. Kiptaş will postpone the installments until the delivery of the houses. The total cost of the houses is YTL 60,000.
Customers can to pay the cost through installments over 120 months as part of the company's agreement with Vakıfbank. Those who would like to make use of this opportunity have to pay a down payment of YTL 12,000 to 18,000. Those interested in the project can apply to the Kiptaş company's central office in Küçükköy district or to the Silivri Municipality.
The project also encompasses green areas, elementary schools and children's playgrounds, and the houses in the project are fitted with a combi system, intercom system and a TV satellite system.
